Interactive Video
If you have watched or attended How To Study Effectively: And Apply It To Medicine & Pharmacy you would know that I talk a lot about the importance of active learning.
Unfortunately rewatching videos does not have a lot of active learning inbuilt. One way you can get around this is by pausing the video, asking yourself questions and trying to answer them. This turns watching a video from a passive form of learning to an active form. The downside to this is you may not know what is important to ask.
This is a free clip from Memorise Medicine 2020 Online Workshop 1: Pharmacy Australia Intern Oral Exam. It is of an intern preparing for Part-1 (no longer tested) of the intern oral exam. This clip has been edited to make it interactive and thus is now a form of active learning. And because we have edited you can be sure that the questions asked are important.
This interactive function is NOT currently available in any of Memorise Medicine’s recorded videos. If you guys like this interactive video we will go back and edit our old videos and add it to future videos.
